星野リゾート・リート投資法人が、第5期（平成27年10月期）決算を発表した。第5期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「チサンイン鹿児島谷山」等ホテル9棟を取得。これにより前期比23.9％増益。投資口数が15.6％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は18,289円と前期を7.1％上回った。期末のポートフォリオはホテル39棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は425億円、有利子負債比率は18.6％。営業収益に占める変動賃料割合は14.1％。第6期（平成28年4月期）は、2期連続となる投資口の追加発行を行い「リゾナーレ熱海」等ホテル6棟を取得。これにより資産規模（取得額合計）は854億円と倍増し、前期比72.2％増益を見込む。投資口数が57％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は20,056円と9.7％上回る見通し。続く第7期（平成28年10月期）は、前期予想比7.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は21,507円となる見通し。なお、営業収益に占める変動賃料割合は、第6期が20.0％、第7期が22.6％と増加する見込み。
