星野リゾート・リート投資法人（HRR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。HRRの公募増資は2期連続となる。発行口数は26,970口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し1,349口。これにより発行後の投資口数は57％増の78,008口となる予定。調達額は278億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「リゾナーレ熱海」等のホテル6棟、取得額は計428.3億円。運営会社との賃貸借契約はいずれも固定賃料＋変動賃料。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は854億円と倍増する。これらに伴い第6期（平成28年4月期）業績予想を修正。6棟取得により、前回予想比67％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は20,014円と前回予想を6.3％上回る見通し。併せて第7期（平成28年10月期）業績予想を発表。支払利息や投資口発行費用の減少等により、前期予想比4.9％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は21,005円となる見通し。なお、有利子負債比率は第6期末27.4％、第7期末26.5％を見込む。
