星野リゾート・リート投資法人（HRR）が、鹿児島のビジネスホテルを取得する。物件は、鹿児島市中心部より南方5キロに位置する、平成21年竣工10階建のビジネスホテル。現在、売り主である株式会社タカスイがホテルゼロシティとして運営しているが、HRRの取得後は、運営者を株式会社SHRロードサイドインへ変更し、チサンインとして運営する。2016年10月までは固定賃料、それ以後は固定賃料+変動賃料（売上連動）となる。これに伴い、第5期（平成27年10月期）及び第6期（平成28年4月期）業績予想を修正。第5期は、6月に公表した業績予想に対し、0.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は18,180円となる見通し。第6期は3.8％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は18,828円となる見通し。
