星野リゾート・リート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は6,400口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し320口。これにより発行後の投資口数は15.6％増の49,689口となる予定。調達額は約86億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「カンデオホテルズ佐野」等ホテル12棟、取得額は計72億円。8棟いずれも運営会社と固定賃料の長期契約を締結する。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は21.6％増の406億円となる。これらに伴い第5期（平成27年10月期）業績予想を修正。8棟取得による賃貸収益が寄与し、前回予想比24％増益見込み、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は18,024円と前回予想を7.3％上回る見通し。併せて第6期（平成28年4月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比0.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は18,048円となる見通し。なお、第5期末の有利子負債比率は16.3％、第6期末は16.1％の見込み。
