星野リゾート・リート投資法人が第2期（平成26年4月期）決算を発表した。第2期における物件取得はなし。上場時に取得したホテル6棟の通期稼働により、前期比463％増益、1口当たり分配金は13,081円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は35.5％。第3期（平成26年10月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、ホテル24棟を取得。これにより163％増益、1口当たり分配金は16,212円となる見通し。続く第4期（平成27年4月期）は、前期予想比1.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は16,397円となる見通し。
