星野リゾート・リート投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は22,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し1,100口。これにより発行後の投資口数は114%増の43,350口となる。調達額は約153億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金及び借入金返済に充当する。新たに取得する物件は「星のや京都」等、星野リゾートが運営する旅館3棟、チサンインシリーズのビジネスホテル21棟の計24棟、取得額は計183.6億円。星野リゾート以外が運営するホテルは初めての取得となる。これにより資産規模は従来の2倍強の333億円となる。これらに伴い第3期（平成26年10月期）業績予想を修正。上記24棟の収益が寄与し、前回予想比146%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,585円となる見通し。続く第4期（平成27年4月期）は前期予想比1.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は15,855円となる見通し。併せて、資産運用会社の運用ガイドラインを変更し、外部運営のホテルの取得により、外部成長のスピードを早め、資産規模の拡大、ポートフォリオの分散を図ることを明示した。
