星野リゾート・リート投資法人が第1期（平成25年10月期）決算を発表した。第1期は、7月12日に上場し、7月16日にホテル6棟を取得。実質運用日数は108日間。上場時予想に対し営業費用が減少したこと等により、予想比75%増益、1口当たり分配金は2,439円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は37.7%。第2期（平成26年4月期）より運用期間が6ヶ月となるため、前期比428%増益、1口当たり分配金は12,817円となる見通し。続く第3期（平成26年10月期）より、ホテルの売上に連動した変動賃料が加算されることから、前期予想比5.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,552円となる見通し。
