星野リゾート・リート投資法人が本日上場した。初値は、IPO発行価格510千円を11.8%上回る570千円を付けた。IPOの調達予定資金97億円及び借入金70億円で、ホテル6棟（取得額計150億円）を取得し、16日より運用を開始する。第1期（平成25年10月期）の実質的な運用日数は、物件を取得する7月16日からの108日間。当期純利益は28百万円、1口当たり分配金は1,393円となる見通し。なお、第1期末の有利子負債比率は38%程度の見込み。第2期（平成26年4月期）より6ヶ月間の運用期間となる。固都税の費用計上を見込み、当期純利益252百万円、1口当たり分配金は12,444円となる見通し。
