星野リゾート・リート投資法人が7月12日東証に上場する（証券コード3287）。スポンサーである星野リゾートはホテル、リゾート施設の運営・再生を事業とし、現在国内30施設の運営を行う。投資法人の上場時ポートフォリオは、スポンサーグループから取得するホテル・旅館計6棟、取得額は150億円。スポンサーとサポート契約を締結し、物件情報や優先売買交渉権を取得する。上場に際し、投資口19,000口の発行、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し950口を行う。ブックビルディングは6月27日～7月2日、発行価格決定日は7月3日。
