野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人（NMF）が、大阪の商業施設を取得する。本物件は、8月5日の取得公表段階で物件名等情報が未開示であったため、9月30日取得完了時に公開された。取得する物件は、ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパンに隣接する商業施設「ユニバーサル・シティウォーク大阪」。8月末時点のテナントは48社、稼働率は95.9％。なお本物件は、ジャパン・ホテル・リート投資法人が運用する「ホテル京阪ユニバーサル・シティ」他2棟を併せた区分所有建物であり、その他の区分所有者2社と併せて土地及び建物共有部分を共有する。NMFの共有持分割合は25.22％。
