野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人(NMF)が物流施設に投資するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。SPCの対象不動産は、埼玉県川口市にある日本通運の物流施設。鑑定価格は110億円。NMFの出資割合は匿名組合出資総額の17.9%。併せてNMFは平成28年3月を行使期限とする本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。
