野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が第1期（平成25年8月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用日数は最初に物件を取得した6月13日からの80日間。上場時に物流施設、商業施設、底地の計54件を取得。これにより当期純利益1,251百万円、1口当たり分配金は751円となった。第2期（平成26年2月期）より運用期間が6ヶ月となる。12月に商業施設1棟を取得予定。これにより当期純利益4,629百万円、1口当たり分配金は2,780円となる見通し。続く第3期（平成26年8月期）は固都税計上を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,380円となる見通し。
