野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人が第1期(平成25年8月期)及び第2期(平成26年2月期)業績予想を修正した。オーバーアロットメントによる売出しに伴う第三者割当増資を行わないため、発行口数が当初予定の1,752,800口から1,665,260口へ変更。これに伴い、第1期1口当たり分配金は5.4%増の625円、第2期1口当たり分配金は4.3%増の2,760円となる見通し。
