野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人のIPO発行価格が決定した。1口当たり発行価格は、仮条件価格帯（92,000円～100,000円）の上限である100,000円、売買手数料を差し引いた1口当たり発行価額は96,750円。これにより調達額は約1,694億円（第三者割当増資を含む）を見込む。併せて、第1期（平成25年8月期）及び第2期（平成26年2月期）業績予想を発表。第1期の実質的な運用日数は、最初に物件を取得する6月13日を運用開始日として80日間となる。物流施設、商業施設、底地計54件（2,276億円）を取得し、当期純利益1,040百万円、1口当たり分配金は593円となる見通し。第2期の運用期間は6ヶ月間となり、当期純利益4,640百万円、1口当たり分配金2,647円となる見通し。
