野村不動産マスターファンド投資法人（NMF）が6月12日に東証に上場する（証券コード3285）。スポンサーの野村不動産にとっては、野村不動産オフィスファンド投資法人、野村不動産レジデンシャル投資法人に次いで3本目の上場REITとなる。資産運用会社である野村不動産投資顧問は、これら3つの上場REITの他、私募REITである野村不動産プライベート投資法人も運用する。NMFの投資対象は物流施設と商業施設。上場時のポートフォリオは、首都圏を中心に物流施設18件、商業施設（底地含む）36件の計54件、取得額は計2,276億円。上場に際し、投資口発行1,663,260口（うち国内1,313,100口、海外350,160口）オーバーアロットメントによる売出し87,540口を行い、調達資金は1,750億円を見込む。ブックビルディングは5月27日～31日、発行価格決定日は6月3日。国内における主幹事証券会社は野村證券。
