日本プロロジスリート投資法人が、第22期（2023年11月期）決算を発表した。 第22期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「プロロジスパーク草加」を取得した。ポートフォリオの期中平均稼働率は98.3％、平均改定賃料変動率は+4.2％。これにより前期比9.8％増益。投資口数が3.3％増加するも、1口当たり利益分配金は6.3％増加。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,085円と2.9％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは59物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は9,167億円、有利子負債比率は37.8％。 第23期（2024年5月期）は、修繕費や固都税の増加により、前期予想比0.4％減益を見込む。継続的利益超過分配を減価償却費の31％相当に増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,095円となる見通し。 第24期（2024年11月期）は、稼働率低下による賃貸収入の減少、固都税の増加を想定し、前期予想比0.7％減益を見込む。継続的利益超過分配を減価償却費の32％相当に増額し、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は5,092円となる見通し。
