日本プロロジスリート投資法人が、第13期（2019年5月期）決算を発表した。 第13期は、「プロロジスパークつくば1-A」を取得。これにより増収となるが、固都税や減価償却費の増加により、前期比1.2％減益。減価償却費の28.5％相当額より災害保険収入と修繕費の差額41百万円を差引いた1,239百万円を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,502円と前期比1.6％増となった。 期末のポートフォリオは42物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は5,786億円、有利子負債比率は37.7％。 第14期（2019年11月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「プロロジスパーク京田辺」等4物件を取得。これにより前期比6.4％増益を見込む。減価償却費の28.5％相当額を利益超過分配とし、投資口数が7.5％増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,503円と、前期と同水準となる見通し。 第15期（2020年5月期）は、稼働率の低下、固都税の増加により、前期予想比1.4％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,454円となる見通し。 引き続きスポンサーのプロロジスのパイプラインを活用し、年間500億～600億円程度の外部成長を予定する。
