日本プロロジスリート投資法人が、第12期（2018年11月期）決算を発表した。 第12期は「プロロジスパーク古河3」を取得。前期に取得した物件の通期寄与、プロロジスパーク常総のテナント解約違約金収入により、前期比7.9％増益となった。減価償却費の28.5％相当額より解約違約金相当額を差引いた972百万円を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,429円と前期を1.3％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは41物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は5,657億円、有利子負債比率は36.8％。 第13期（2019年5月期）は、「プロロジスパークつくば1-A」を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与する一方、前期に発生した解約違約金がなくなることや固都税の増加により、前期比3.5％減益を見込む。減価償却費の28.5％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,431円となる見通し。 第14期（2019年11月期）は、固都税の増加により、前期予想比0.8％減益を見込む。減価償却費の28.5％相当額を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,403円となる見通し。 有利子負債比率は、第13期末に37.6％、第14期末に37.7％となる見込み。
