日本プロロジスリート投資法人が、第10期（平成29年11月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「プロロジスパーク茨木」等3物件を取得する一方、「プロロジスパーク多賀城」を売却。これによる売却益20億円の計上や賃貸収益の増加、前期の金利スワップ精算金がなくなることにより、前期比8.8％増益。利益超過分配を行わず、1口当たり分配金は4,668円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは37物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は5,167億円、有利子負債比率は36.9％。上場からちょうど5年を経て、資産規模5,000億円を達成した。 第11期（平成30年5月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比19.5％減益を見込む。利益超過分配を再開するが、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,299円と前期を7.9％下回る見通し。 第12期（平成30年11月期）は、固都税や減価償却費の増加により、前期予想比0.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,277円となる見通し。 スポンサーのプロロジスの新規開発が進み、優先交渉権を付与した物件も積み上がっており、引き続き年間500億円程度の物件取得を見込む。
