日本プロロジスリート投資法人が、第8期（平成28年11月期）決算を発表した。 第8期における物件取得はなし。前期に取得した4物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比8.4％増益。減価償却費の28.5％を利益超過分配とし、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,195円と前期を4.7％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは33物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,472億円、有利子負債比率は38.4％。 第9期（平成29年5月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「プロロジスパーク神戸2」等3物件を取得。固都税や投資口発行費用が増加する一方、賃貸収入の増加により、前期比1.5％増益を見込む。投資口数3.5％増により、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,150円と前期を1.1％下回る見通し。 第10期（平成29年11月期）は、営業費用の増加により営業利益ベースで前期予想比0.7％減益を見込むが、投資口発行費用の減少等により、当期純利益は0.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,165円となる見通し。 なお、12月に3物件の優先交渉権を取得し、これにより8物件の優先交渉権を確保する。
