日本プロロジスリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は61,330口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は3,070口。これにより発行後の投資口数は3.5％増の1,906,350口となる予定。調達額は約137億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「プロロジスパーク神戸2」等3物件。3物件の取得額は計306.2億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は6.8％増の4,778億円となる。 これらに伴い、第9期（平成29年5月期）業績予想を修正。3物件の収益が寄与し、7月に公表した業績予想に対し3.8％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,150円と0.8％上回る見通し。 併せて第10期（平成29年11月期）業績予想を発表。前期予想比0.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,165円となる見通し。 なお、増資及び物件取得後の有利子負債比率は39.1％と、第7期（平成28年5月期）末の38.5％より上回る見通し。
