日本プロロジスリート投資法人が、第7期（平成28年5月期）決算を発表した。第7期は、投資口の追加発行を行い、3月に「プロロジスパーク大阪5」等物流施設4棟を取得。これにより前期比4.5％増益。投資口数6.4％増加により、1口当たり利益分配金は1.8％減少するが、利益超過分配金26％増加により、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は1.6％増の4,006円となった。期末のポートフォリオは33物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,472億円、有利子負債比率は38.5％。第8期（平成28年11月期）は、前期に取得した4棟の通期稼働により、前期比7.2％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,156円と前期を3.7％上回る見通し。続く第9期（平成29年5月期）は、固都税の増加等により、前期予想比1.1％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,117円となる見通し。
