日本プロロジスリート投資法人（NPR）が、投資口の追加発行を行う。NPRの公募増資は1年半ぶり。発行口数は105,900口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は5,300口。これにより発行後の投資口数は6.4％増の1,841,950口となる予定。調達額は約235億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、スポンサーであるプロロジス・グループが開発した、埼玉、茨城、大阪、仙台の築浅の物流施設。4棟の取得額は計421.4億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は10.4％増の4,472億円となる。これらに伴い、第7期（平成28年5月期）及び第8期（平成28年11月期）業績予想を修正。第7期は4棟取得による収益が寄与し、1月に公表した業績予想に対し3％増益を見込む。投資口数の増加により1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含まない）は3.2％減少するが、一時的に利益超過分配金を増加することにより、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,958円と前回予想を0.3％上回る見通し。第8期は、4棟取得の通期稼働により、前回予想比11.8％を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は4,149円と、前回予想を5.1％上回る見通し。
