日本プロロジスリート投資法人が、第6期（平成27年11月期）決算を発表した。第6期の物件取得はなし。支払利息の減少や前期に計上した特別損失がなくなったことから、前期比3.4％増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,942円と前期を0.6％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは物流施設29棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,050億円、有利子負債比率は38.7％。第7期（平成28年5月期）は、季節変動に伴う水光熱費収入の減少により前期比減収となるが、助成金収入20百万円計上により、当期純利益は前期と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,946円となる見通し。続く第8期（平成28年11月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,949円となる見通し。なお、スポンサーであるプロロジスが開発する物流施設12棟の優先交渉権を取得しており、今後の外部成長の可能性を示す。
