日本プロロジスリート投資法人が第5期（平成27年5月期）及び第6期（平成27年11月期）業績予想を修正した。借入金の期限前弁済に伴い、特別損失を計上する。これに伴い第5期は前回予想比2.8％減益を見込むが、利益超過分配金を増加するため利益超過分配金を含む1口当たり分配金は3,874円と変更なし。第6期は、リファイナンスに伴い支払利息の減少を見込み、前回予想比1.0％増益、利益超過分配金を含む1口当たり分配金は3,905円となる見通し。
