日本プロロジスリート投資法人（NPR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。NPRの公募増資は3期連続となる。発行口数は159,050口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し7,950口。これにより発行後の投資口数は10.7％増の1,730,750口となる予定。調達額は380億円を見込み、併せて発表した物流施設5棟の取得に伴う借入金返済に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、埼玉、神奈川、兵庫の物流施設計5棟、取得額は計455億円。これによりNPRの資産規模は12.7％増の4,050億円となる。 これらに伴い第4期（平成26年11月期）及び第5期（平成27年5月期）業績予想を修正。第4期は上記5棟取得が寄与し、前回予想比7.1％増益を見込む。併せて、増資に伴い1口当たり分配金の希薄化が起こる場合、分配金の安定を目的として、一時的に利益超過分配を増加し、減価償却費の40％相当額を限度とする方針に変更。これにより1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,700円と、投資口数が増加するも前回予想と変わらない見通し。続く第5期は、上記5棟の通期稼働により、前回予想比16％増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,874円と前回予想を4.4％上回る見通し。 なお、増資後の有利子負債比率は、第3期（平成26年5月期）末の42.3％から39.6％に低下する見込み。
