日本プロロジスリート投資法人が第2期（平成25年11月期）決算を発表した。第2期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、物流施設8棟を取得した。これによりNPRの資産規模（取得価格ベース）は前期比76%増の3,054億円となった。当期利益は4,642百万円、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は18,811円となった。第3期（平成26年5月期）も期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、4棟を取得。これにより7.6%増益を見込む。投資口5分割に伴い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は3,675円（分割前18,375円）となる見通し。続く第4期（平成26年11月期）1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は3,683円（分割前18,415円）となる見通し。
