日本プロロジスリート投資法人が第1期（平成25年5月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質運用期間は2月15日から5月末までの106日間。上場時に物流施設12棟を取得して運用を開始。当初想定より営業費用が減少したことにより予想比11%増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配を含む）は8,713円となった。第2期（平成25年11月期）は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、物流施設8棟（うち1棟は取得予定）を取得。これにより前期比233%増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配を含む）は18,191円となる見通し。続く第3期（平成26年5月期）は、固都税の費用計上により前期予想比2.9%減益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配を含む）は17,826円となる見通し。
