日本プロロジスリート投資法人（NPR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。2月に上場したばかりであるが、スポンサーグループのSPCの運用期間満了に伴い物件を相対で取得できる点、またマーケット環境や分配金水準を勘案し、公募増資を決定した。発行口数は96,200口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し4,810口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は52.6%増の278,950口となる。調達資金は720億円を見込む。取得する物件は物流施設8棟（うち1棟は未竣工）、取得額は計1,324億円。取得後のNPRのポートフォリオは76%増の3,054億円となる。これらに伴い第2期（平成25年11月期）業績予想修正及び第3期（平成26年5月期）業績予想を発表。第2期は上記8棟の収益が寄与し従来予想比54%増益、投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は18,162円と1.6%増加する見通し。第3期は8棟が通期寄与する一方、固都税が計上されることから前期予想比2.7%減益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金を含む）は17,816円となる見通し。
