2月14日上場予定の日本プロロジスリート投資法人の発行価格が、4日に決定した。1口当たり発行価格は、仮条件価格帯（510千円～550千円）の上限である550千円、発行価額は531.3千円。これにより調達額は969億円となる。これに伴い第1期（平成25年5月期）及び第2期（平成25年11月期）業績予想を発表。第1期の実質的な運用日数は物件を取得する2月15日を運用開始日として106日間となる。物流施設12棟（取得額計1,730億円）を運用し、当期純利益1,201百万円、1口当たり分配金は6,574円となる見通し。続く第2期（平成25年11月期）は6ヶ月稼働となり、当期純利益2,879百万円、1口当たり分配金は15,755円となる見通し。なお、12月に上場したGLP投資法人と同様、利益超過分配を行う。1口当たり利益超過分配金は第1期は1,415円、第2期は2,123円となる見通し。
