コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人（CRR）が、物件入替えを発表した。入替先は不動産投資事業を行うエー・ディー・ワークス。 CRRが取得する物件は、東急田園都市線鷺沼駅より徒歩10分に位置する、2009年竣工、3階建のファミリー向けマンション。総戸数38戸。10月までリノベーション工事を実施していたため、10月末時点の稼働率は0％。取得額は26.2億円。 一方、CRRが売却する物件は、品川区西大井にある、2007年竣工、4階建の単身者向けマンション。総戸数59戸、9月末時点の稼働率は93.2％。売却額は12.5億円。2期に分割して売却する。これにより2期にわたり売却益が発生するが、内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
