コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は1年ぶり。発行口数は47,800口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は2,390口。これにより発行後の投資口数は9.8％増の563,694口となる予定。調達額は約112億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は「コンフォリア蒲田」等レジデンス8物件、取得額は計184億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は11％増の1,865億円となる。 これらに伴い、第14期（平成29年7月期）及び第15期（平成30年1月期）業績予想を発表。 第14期は、新規8物件の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期予想比10.9％増益を見込む。内部留保より30百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,610円と前期予想を2.2％上回る見通し。 第15期は、前期予想比0.7％増益を見込む。内部留保より13百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,610円となる見通し。
