コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人の資産運用会社である東急不動産コンフォリア投信と、アクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人の資産運用会社である東急不動産アクティビア投信が、2017年4月に合併し、東急不動産リート・マネジメントに商号変更、更に私募REITであるブローディア・プライベート投資法人の資産運用会社である東急不動産キャピタル・マネジメントの資産運用業務を承継することを発表した。 東急不動産グループの3つのREITの資産運用会社が統合することによって、資産運用体制の高度化、物件取得機会の拡大、人材の育成を図る。 なお、上場REITと私募REITの投資対象が重複する利益相反を回避するため、用途毎に物件情報の優先検討順位を定める意向。
