コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人が、第12期（平成28年7月期）決算を発表した。 第12期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「コンフォリア新宿イーストサイドタワー」等4物件を取得。これによる賃貸収益や既存物件の稼働率上昇、支払利息の減少等により、前期比7.3％増益。投資口数が8.4％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,487円と前期を3.4％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは98物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,644億円、有利子負債比率は50.6％。またJCRより取得する発行体格付けがA+からAA-へ引き上げとなった。 第13期（平成29年1月期）は「コンフォリア扇町」等2物件を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比0.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,510円となる見通し。2棟取得後の有利子負債比率は51.4％の見込み。
