コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人（CRR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。CRRの公募増資は1年ぶり。発行口数は37,800口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し1,900口。これにより発行後の投資口数は8.4％増の513,504口となる予定。調達額は約83億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は都内のレジデンス2棟。2棟の取得額は計147億円。1棟は都営地下鉄東新宿駅より徒歩2分に位置する、平成24年竣工、32階建のタワーマンション。稼働率は94.8％。もう1棟は、京急線北品川駅より徒歩5分に位置する、平成27年2月竣工、12階建のマンション。稼働率は95.4％。これらに伴い、第12期（平成28年7月期）及び第13期（平成29年1月期）業績予想を発表。第12期は、上記2棟の賃貸収益が寄与し、前期予想比9.6％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,300円と前期予想を1.2％上回る見通し。第13期は、前期予想比0.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,270円となる見通し。
