コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人（CRR）が、物件の入替えを発表した。CRRの物件の売却は上場来初めてとなる。取得する物件は都内と札幌のレジデンス計2棟、売却する物件は、都内渋谷区のレジデンス2棟。入替えによってポートフォリオの規模は変わらないが、築年数の低下に伴う質の向上と売却益の獲得を両立する。売却額と簿価との差額は118百万円となり売却益が発生するが、内部留保するため予想分配金の修正はなし。
