コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人が、第10期（平成27年7月期）決算を発表した。第10期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い「コンフォリア南砂町」等レジデンス12棟を取得。これにより前期比20.6％増益。投資口数が17.7％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,403円と前期を2.5％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは94棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,465億円、有利子負債比率は49.7％。第11期（平成28年1月期）は、非繁忙期に当たるため礼金・更新料が減少する一方、資産運用報酬の増加等により、前期比3.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,250円となる見通し。なお、平成27年に取得した物件の固都税は第11期には計上されず、第12期（平成28年7月期）より一部費用計上される。
