コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人が第9期（平成27年1月期）決算を発表した。第9期は、コンフォリア西新宿とコンフォリア駒場を取得。これにより前期比0.7％増益、1口当たり分配金は4,296円となった。期末のポートフォリオは82棟、資産規模（取得価格計）は1,228億円、有利子負債比率は54.2％。第10期（平成27年7月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス12棟を取得。これにより前期比19.8％増益を見込む。投資口数が17.7％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,372円と前期を1.8％上回る見通し。続く第11期（平成28年1月期）は管理費や固都税の増加を見込み、前期予想比3.5％減益、1口当たり分配金は4,221円となる見通し。
