コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は70,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し3,500口。これにより発行後の投資口数は18.3％増の476,148口となる見込み。調達額は約173億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、コンフォリア南砂町等のレジデンス12棟、取得額は計235億円。売り主はスポンサーグループである東急不動産、東急コミュニティー等。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は19％増の1,464億円となる。これらに伴い第10期（平成27年7月期）及び第11期（平成28年1月期）業績予想を発表した。第10期は、上記12棟取得が寄与し、前期予想比21.9％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも1口当たり分配金は4,350円と前期予想を3.1％上回る見通し。第11期は前期予想比3.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,200円となる見通し。
