コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人が第8期（平成26年7月期）決算を発表した。第8期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、25棟を取得。これにより前期比51.8％増益。投資口数が49％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は17,074円と前期を1.6％上回った。期末の有利子負債比率は51.6％。第9期（平成27年1月期）は、修繕費やリーシング費用が減少する一方、運用報酬や消費税の増加を見込み、前期比1.1％減益を見込む。投資口数4分割により1口当たり分配金は4,220円となる見通し。
