コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人が第7期（平成26年1月期）決算を発表した。第7期はレジデンス2棟、匿名組合出資持分1件を取得した。これにより前期比3.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,813円となった。併せて、レジデンス2棟（コンフォリア新栄、コンフォリア北堀江）の取得を発表。2棟の取得額は計26.6億円。第8期（平成26年7月期）は、期初に投資口追加発行を行い、22棟を取得。今回取得する2棟を併せ、資産規模は1,145億円となる。これにより前期比47.5%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,600円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成27年1月期）1口当たり分配金は16,400円となる見通し。
