コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人（CRR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は31,900口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し1,595口。これにより発行後の投資口数は49.7%増の100,856口となる予定。調達額は214億円を見込み、併せて発表した22棟の取得資金に充当する。新たに取得する物件は、東京23区内のレジデンス21棟、横浜市のレジデンス1棟の計22棟、取得額は計373億円。これによりCRRの資産規模は50%増の1,119億円となる。これらに伴い、第8期（平成26年7月期）及び第9期（平成27年1月期）業績予想を発表した。第8期は上記22棟取得が寄与し、前期予想比47.8%増益、投資口数の増加により1口当たり分配金は16,000円と前期予想を1%下回る見通し。続く第9期は前期予想比1%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,800円となる見通し。
