コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人（CRR）がレジデンス1棟を保有するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。SPCの対象資産は都営三田線板橋区役所前駅より徒歩2分にある、平成18年竣工、総戸数104戸のDINKS及びファミリー向けマンション。対象資産の鑑定価格は3,900百万円。CRRの出資割合は匿名組合出資総額の14.9%。併せてCRRは平成27年11月を行使期限とする優先交渉権を取得する。
