コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人（CRR）が第6期（平成25年7月期）決算を発表した。CRRは、2月6日にレジデンス53棟、資産規模712億円で上場。7月に匿名組合出資持分を取得。稼働率が想定を上回ったことから、上場時予想に対し4.9%増益、1口当たり分配金は16,205円となった。第7期（平成26年1月期）は、コンフォリア新大阪を取得。これにより前期比2.3%増収となる一方、固都税や運用報酬の増加により、当期利益は前期と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金は16,200円となる見通し。
