コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人（CRR）がレジデンスを保有するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。SPCの対象不動産は、都内のレジデンス9棟、鑑定価格は計157億円。CRRのスポンサーグループである東急不動産キャピタル・マネジメント(株)がSPCのAMを行う。CRRの出資割合は2.3%。併せて、平成27年7月を行使期限とする優先交渉権を取得。
