コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人（CRR）が本日東証に上場した。IPO発行価格550千円に対し、初値は607千円と10.4%上回った。CRRは上場前より私募で運用しており、IPOは第6期となる。IPO時に約100億円を調達してレジデンス5棟を取得し、上場時の運用資産はレジデンス計53棟、取得額は計712億円。第6期（平成25年7月期）業績予想は当期純利益1,040百万円、1口当たり分配金は15,440円となる見通し。続く第7期（平成26年1月期）は賃貸事業費用の増加を見込み前期予想比0.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は15,380円となる見通し。
