コンフォリア・レジデンシャル投資法人（CRR）が2月6日東証に上場する（証券コード3282）。スポンサーは東急不動産1社。東急不動産にとっては、商業施設及びオフィスビルを運用するアクティビア・プロパティーズ投資法人に次いで2本目のREIT上場となる。投資対象はレジデンスに特化し、東急不動産の賃貸マンションブランド「コンフォリア」シリーズを中心に組入れる。CRRは2010年設立後私募で運用しており資産規模は612億円となる。上場に際し、投資口発行18,691口、売出し27,800口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し3,264口を行う。これにより約100億円を新規調達し、レジデンス5棟を取得し、上場時資産規模は712億円を見込む。ブックビルディングは1月22日～1月25日、発行価格決定日は1月28日、主幹事証券会社はみずほ証券とSMBC日興証券。
