GLP投資法人（GLP）は、「GLP柏Ⅱ」を売却する。GLPは投資主還元とポートフォリオ強化を目的に、継続的に年間200億円程度の物件売却を行う方針としている。 売却する物件は、千葉県柏市にある、2017年竣工、4階建の物流施設。テナントはRIZAPグループ1社。売却額は109.05億円。 これに伴い第28期（2026年2月期）業績予想を修正。本物件の売却益2,892百万が寄与し、4月に公表した業績予想に対し7.3％増益を見込む。1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,296円と6.3％増となる見通し。
