GLP投資法人（GLP）が、「GLP春日部」等物流施設3物件を売却する。GLPは投資主還元とポートフォリオ強化を目的に、継続的に年間200億円程度の物件売却を行う方針としている。3物件の売却額は計235億円。 これに伴い第27期（2025年8月期）業績予想を修正。第27期は、上記3物件のうち「GLP春日部」と「GLP川島」の2物件を売却する。これによる売却益が4,478百万円と想定していた売却益を上回るため、14日に公表した業績予想に対し11％増益を見込む。減価償却費の30％相当の利益超過分配を行い、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は3,583円と10.1％増となる見通し。これに伴い分配金目標の年間7,000円を達成する見込み。 なお、上記3物件のうち「GLP郡山Ⅲ」は第28期（2026年2月期）に売却する予定だが、売却益は業績予想に織り込み済のため、修正はなし。
