GLP投資法人の実質スポンサーが米投資会社のアレス・マネジメントに交代へ

GLP投資法人のスポンサーであるGLPキャピタルパートナーズグループを、米国投資会社のAres Management Corporation（アレス・マネジメント・コーポレーション）が2025年上半期に買収することが発表された。これに伴い、本投資法人の実質スポンサーが交代する予定。 Ares Management Corporation（アレス・マネジメント・コーポレーション）は、ニューヨーク証券取引所に上場する米国の投資会社。2024年6月時点の運用資産残高は4,470億米ドル。 なお、実質スポンサーの交代後も、本投資法人の投資方針や運用体制に変更の予定はなし。
